Holywood Martial Arts Club This is the most recent IBF Club in Northern Ireland. the Junior section meets fridays 7-8pm aNd is currently operating to maximum capacity  no further junior members until june 2001   Senior section Meets Fridays 8-9pm Only 1 Hour until the softies who attend can handle more "Are you Tough Enough" Time will be increased as members toughen up!!!!
